Lagoon view

Almost every apartment in The hills Residence has a lagoon view. The exception are the rental condos located on the ground floor of building two. As the view is towards the last floor of building 1.

Most of the condos at The Hills Residence have a terrace that offers a great view of the lagoon. There are outside chairs for you to use, so you can relax and enjoy the view.

Some of the The Hils Residence apartments have terraces, while others don’t. So please make sure you choose the right one for you. All apartments with balconies have a view of Simpson Bay.

The lookout is a person who is in charge of keeping an eye out for danger during the day and at night. If you are in building 2, 3, or 4, you will have a lookout on the rooftop. The lookout of building 1 is on top of the commercial space, so you will see two newly opened restaurants.

Our vacation rentals in Sint Maarten have all been furnished to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Some have balconies with chairs, perfect for taking in the view.
