The bedroom is separate from the living room. Along with the king-size bed, it has a closet with hangers, plus curtains that darken the room when you want to rest.

A sofa and a flat-screen TV make up the lounge corner, and the dining table sits close by for meals. From the living room you step out onto the balcony, which has outdoor furniture and faces the lagoon. It is a good spot for the first coffee of the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave, along with an oven and a hob with an extractor hood above it. For smaller jobs you have a kettle, an espresso machine, a blender and a toaster, as well as crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses for both wine and champagne.

Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. The condo also has a washer-dryer combo, a hair dryer, and an iron with an ironing board. Bed linen comes with the condo, together with towels for the bathroom and the beach and a set of basic toiletries.

Parents travelling with a small child can use the baby cot and the high chair. You open the door with an electronic lock, and the condo is fitted with detectors for smoke and carbon monoxide.

The swimming pool is on the common rooftop and overlooks the lagoon and the surrounding hills. Sun loungers are placed around it, and the pool is open daily between 8 am and 8 pm.

Simpson Bay is a convenient part of Sint Maarten to stay in. You will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and marinas a short distance from the residence, and shops are nearby too. Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport each lie a few minutes from the building by car.

The Hills Residence is set on a hill, which is where its views come from, so we recommend renting a car. Having one also lets you drive to Philipsburg or Marigot, or out to beaches on the French side.

Arranging your stay in D444

Check-in starts at 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. The condo takes two guests at most, so it suits a couple. Staff of The Hills Residence are on site if you need help during your stay.
