D446 is a 57 m² one-bedroom condo in Building 4 of The Hills Residence, a hillside residence in Simpson Bay on Sint Maarten’s Dutch side. Its balcony faces Simpson Bay lagoon.

The bedroom is a separate room with a king-size bed. A closet with hangers and blackout curtains complete it, so the room stays dark in the morning.

In the living area, the sofa faces a flat-screen TV, while meals are taken at a separate dining table. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is in its own room. Outside, two people can sit on the furnished balcony and watch boats move across the lagoon as the evening breeze comes in.

The kitchen has a hob under an extractor hood, an oven and a microwave, along with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast there is an espresso machine and a kettle, plus a blender and a toaster. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied, and you will also find wine and champagne glasses.

Linen for the bed, bath towels and beach towels are included. You also have a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, an iron with its board and a cleaning kit. On request, we can add a cot for a baby and a high chair. The door opens with an electronic lock, and the condo is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Rooftop pool, parking at The Hills Residence

The swimming pool is on the rooftop of The Hills Residence, with sun loungers around it and a wide view over the lagoon. It is open every day between 8 am and 8 pm. Guests also share a the lobby.

Getting up to the fourth floor is easy with the elevator. Private parking is available, and outdoor cameras cover the area around the buildings.

Simpson Bay restaurants, beaches and the airport

Simpson Bay’s restaurants, shops and marinas are a few minutes away by car. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are close by, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.

The Hills Residence stands on a hillside, so we recommend renting a car. With one, you can also drive to Philipsburg, Marigot and the beaches on the French side of the island.

Booking a stay in D446

You can check in from 4 pm, and departure is by 11 am. D446 accommodates up to two guests, so the condo is set up for a couple. Before you arrive, our team sends directions to The Hills Residence and explains how to get into the unit.

A member of our team greets you at the residence. During the stay, you can book an intermediate cleaning and extra towels, and the full kitchen and washer-dryer make D446 workable for a few nights or for several weeks. The concierge service arranges car rental, restaurant bookings, excursions and island activities, and you can write to the team before you travel or while you are here.
