Two-bedroom condo D428 in Building 4, The Hills Residence

You will find it on the second level of Building 4 at The Hills Residence, in Simpson Bay on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten, and it faces Simpson Bay lagoon.

Each bedroom has its own TV, closet space and curtains that block out the light. The living room pairs a sofa and a flat-screen TV with a dining table where the group can eat together.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, a hob under an extractor hood, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. For breakfast you have an espresso machine, a toaster and a kettle, plus a blender. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided, and the cupboards also hold wine and champagne glasses.

Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are available in the condo, and a combined washer-dryer is installed. We supply bed linen, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, an iron with its board and a cleaning product kit. Families can ask for the baby cot and high chair.

Entry is by electronic lock. Detectors for smoke and carbon monoxide are fitted in the condo.

Rooftop pool and shared spaces at The Hills Residence

The pool of The Hills Residence is up on the roof, with sun loungers around the edge and an open outlook over the lagoon. It opens daily between 8 am and 8 pm. Residents also share a a lobby.

The buildings have an elevator and private parking, and cameras cover the outdoor areas. The concierge can book a rental car or a restaurant table and set up excursions or island activities, either before you arrive or once you are here.

Getting around Simpson Bay from the hillside

Simpson Bay is a lively district of the Dutch side, with restaurants, bars, shops and several marinas. The drive to Simpson Bay beach or Maho beach takes a few minutes, and Princess Juliana International Airport is just as close.

The residence is built on a hillside, so having a car makes daily outings easier. With one you can also drive to Philipsburg or Marigot and spend a day on the beaches of the French side.

Booking a stay in D428

Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures by 11 am. The condo takes a maximum of four guests, which suits a family or a small group of friends. Our team works on site and can help with questions throughout your stay.

Guests staying a week or longer can book a mid-stay housekeeping visit and request extra towels. With the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, a longer holiday is easy to organise, and the condo works for a long weekend too.
