The bedroom is separate from the living area. Hangers are ready in the closet, and the curtains can darken the room when you want to sleep in.
In the living room you will find a sofa and a flat-screen TV, plus a dining table for meals. From there, you step out to the private terrace, which is furnished for eating outdoors or sitting out once the sun goes down.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The cooking area includes a hob under an extractor hood and an oven, along with a microwave. A dishwasher and a refrigerator complete it. A kettle, a toaster and an espresso machine are there for breakfast, plus a blender. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided, as well as wine glasses and champagne glasses.
The condo comes fully furnished. Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, and the washer-dryer combo lets you do laundry during a longer visit. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied, beach towels too, along with bathroom essentials. A hair dryer is provided, as is an iron with its board.
If you travel with a small child, a high chair and a cot for the baby are available on request. The entrance uses an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the condo.
The residence has a rooftop open to guests, where a swimming pool faces the lagoon and sun loungers are set around it. The pool can be used every day between 8 am and 8 pm.
Each building is served by an elevator, and private parking is available on site. Outdoor cameras cover the shared spaces of the residence.

The Hills Residence is built on a hillside, so having a car makes daily trips much easier. With one, you can also head to Philipsburg or Marigot, or spend a day on the beaches of the French side.
