The bedroom is a separate room with a queen-size bed. A closet with hangers keeps clothes in order, and blackout curtains let you sleep in late. In the main room, a sofa and a flat-screen TV share the space with a dining table.
The condo has no balcony. Daylight comes in through the living room windows, which look out towards the lagoon.
The kitchen is set up for proper cooking, with an oven, a hob under an extractor hood, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge. An espresso machine and a kettle sit alongside a toaster and a blender. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are in the cupboards, as are wine and champagne glasses.
Linen and bath towels are provided, along with beach towels and bathroom essentials. You also have an iron with its board and a hair dryer. If you travel with an infant, a cot and a high chair for the baby can be provided on request. An electronic lock secures the front door, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
The swimming pool sits on the rooftop of The Hills Residence and looks across the lagoon. It opens daily between 8 am and 8 pm, with sun loungers set out around it. The residence also has a common a lobby.
An elevator serves the building, and your car stays in the private parking. Cameras cover the outside of the buildings. Our concierge team can arrange a rental car, book a table at a restaurant or organise excursions on Sint Maarten.
From The Hills Residence, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and marinas are all close at hand in Simpson Bay. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are a short drive away. Princess Juliana International Airport is only minutes away by car.
A rental car lets you see the rest of the island on your own schedule. Philipsburg has its boardwalk, and on the French side you can drive over to Marigot and the beaches there.
A133 is one of our St Maarten condo rentals at The Hills Residence. Arrival is possible from 4 pm, and departure is by 11 am. With room for two guests at most, the condo suits couples. A member of our team meets you when you arrive and stays reachable until you leave.
Guests staying a week or longer can book a mid-stay housekeeping visit and ask for extra towels. Longer holidays are easier to settle into with the full kitchen and the washer-dryer at hand.
