The condo comes furnished. Its bedroom is closed off from the living space and holds a king-size bed, plus a closet with hangers and blind curtains that block the early sun.
The main room has a sofa set opposite a flat-screen television, with a table for meals placed nearby. Windows in the living room let daylight in and face the lagoon. The unit has no balcony.
For cooking there is a hob with its extractor hood, and the kitchen also includes an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave. Breakfast is easy with the espresso machine, kettle and toaster, and a blender is there for juices. You will find dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as wine and champagne glasses.
Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are in place, and a washer-dryer combo saves trips to a laundry. An iron and ironing board are supplied, and the bathroom has a hair dryer and the usual essentials, while bed linen comes with both bath and beach towels. Parents travelling with a baby can request a cot as well as a high chair.
The door opens with an electronic lock. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted, and a cleaning product kit is available in the unit.
On the roof, the residence has a common swimming pool with sun loungers and a wide outlook over the lagoon, along. The pool opens daily between 8 am and 8 pm.

The Hills Residence stands on a hill, which explains its views, so a rental car is recommended. Having one also makes it simple to tour the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and on to the beaches of the French side.
