Unit D425 is a 1-bedroom condo of 57 sqm at The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten. The windows face Simpson Bay lagoon, and the condo takes up to three guests.

The bedroom sits away from the living room. Besides the king-size bed, it has a closet with hangers, and curtains that block out the light when you want to sleep late.

In the main room, a sofa and a flat-screen TV form the lounge area, and a dining table serves for meals. The sofa bed opens up for a third person. There is no balcony here, but the living room windows let daylight in and look out over the lagoon.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a hob and extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. For breakfast you will find a kettle, a toaster, a blender and an espresso machine. Plates, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses are provided, wine and champagne glasses included.

Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi run throughout. A washer-dryer, an iron with its board and a hair dryer are in the unit. We supply bathroom essentials, bed linen and both bath and beach towels, and a high chair and a baby cot are available on request.

The front door opens with an electronic lock. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the condo.

Rooftop pool, parking at The Hills Residence

The residence has a rooftop where the swimming pool overlooks the lagoon. It opens daily from 8 am to 8 pm, and sun loungers are set around it. A shared a lobby complete the common areas.

Each building has an elevator, so reaching the second floor of Building 4 with luggage is easy. Private parking is on site, and outdoor cameras cover the common areas.

The concierge team can arrange car rental, book restaurants, and set up boat trips and excursions on the island. It helps to get in touch with them before you land.

Getting around Simpson Bay from the hill

Simpson Bay is a busy part of the Dutch side, with restaurants, bars, shops and marinas close by. Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are each a short drive from the residence.

Because The Hills Residence stands on a hill, which is where its views come from, a rental car makes daily life much simpler. It also lets you drive to Philipsburg, cross over to Marigot and spend a day on the French side, where more beaches are waiting.

Booking a stay in D425

Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am at the latest. The condo suits a couple, a group of friends or a small family, with three guests as the maximum. Our team meets you when you arrive and stays reachable for the whole stay.

If you stay longer, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged, and additional towels can be requested as well. With the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, D425 works for a few nights as well as for several weeks.
