Two-bedroom condo D418 in Building 4 of The Hills Residence

D418 occupies 78 sqm on the first floor in Building 4 of The Hills Residence, in Simpson Bay on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. The condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and it faces the lagoon. It sleeps a maximum of four guests.

The condo is fully furnished and set up for holidays, from a short break of a few nights to a stay of several weeks. The two bedrooms are separate. One is fitted with a king-size bed, while the second has a queen-size, and each has storage plus curtains that block out the light.

The living area has a sofa and a flat-screen TV, along with a dining table for meals in. Out on the balcony there is seating for two, and from there you can follow the boats on the lagoon and catch the evening breeze.

In the kitchen you will find an oven, a hob under an extractor hood, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. There is also a blender, a toaster, a kettle and an espresso machine. Cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glassware are supplied, wine and champagne glasses included.

Air conditioning keeps the condo cool, and guests can use high-speed Wi-Fi throughout their stay. For laundry there is a washer-dryer, together with an iron, an ironing board and a cleaning kit. We provide bed linen, bath towels and beach towels, as well as a hair dryer and bathroom essentials.

For young children, a high chair and a baby cot can be provided. Access is by electronic lock, and the condo is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Rooftop pool and shared facilities at The Hills Residence

Guests staying in D418 can use the rooftop of the residence, where the swimming pool looks over the lagoon and sun loungers are set around it. The pool opens daily between 8 am and 8 pm. A shared a lobby are also part of the common areas.

Each building has an elevator, and residents have private parking on site. Outdoor surveillance cameras cover the common areas. Our concierge can arrange car rental, book restaurants and organise excursions across Sint Maarten.

Simpson Bay around the residence

Simpson Bay is a busy part of the Dutch side, with plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as shops and marinas. A short drive takes you to Simpson Bay beach or Maho beach, and Princess Juliana International Airport is just as close.

Because The Hills Residence stands on a hill, which is where its views come from, we advise having a rental car during your stay. It also lets you drive across the island to Philipsburg or Marigot and on to the French side beaches.

Booking and staying in D418

Check-in opens at 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. The condo takes up to four guests, so it works well for a family or a small group of friends. Our team stays on site to greet you and help with any question.

On longer stays you can book an intermediate housekeeping service, and extra towels are available whenever you ask. Thanks to the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, daily life here runs much as it does at home.
