The bedroom is separate from the living room. It has a king-size bed and a closet with hangers, and curtains darken the room when you want to sleep in.
The living room is furnished with a sofa facing a flat-screen TV, and a dining table gives everyone a place to share meals. The sofa opens into a bed for one more person. There is no balcony, so daylight comes in through the living room windows, which look towards the lagoon.
The kitchen lets you prepare your own meals. It has a hob with an extractor hood, an oven and a microwave, along with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast and drinks there is a blender, a toaster, a kettle and an espresso machine, plus plates, cutlery and cooking utensils, along with wine and champagne glasses.
A washer-dryer is in the condo, together with a cleaning kit, an iron and an ironing board. The rental includes bed linen as well as bath and beach towels. A hair dryer and the basic essentials are left in the bathroom.
Families travelling with a baby can use the cot and the high chair. Entry is by electronic lock, and the condo is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The swimming pool sits on the rooftop and looks out across the lagoon. It opens daily between 8 am and 8 pm, and sun loungers are set out around it. The residence also has a shared a lobby.
An elevator serves the buildings, and parking is private. Outdoor cameras cover the area around the buildings.
The concierge team can book a rental car for you, reserve a table at a restaurant or organise excursions and activities across the island. You can get in touch with them ahead of your trip or once you are here.
Supermarkets, marinas, bars and restaurants are all near the residence. A short drive takes you to Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport.
The Hills Residence stands on a hillside, so we recommend having a car. With one you can also reach Philipsburg, Marigot and the beaches on the French side of the island.
Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. The condo takes a maximum of three guests, which works well for a couple, a group of friends or a small family. Our team meets you when you arrive and stays reachable for the length of your stay.
If you stay longer, you can book an intermediate housekeeping visit, and extra towels are available when you ask. Between the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, day-to-day life here stays simple over several weeks.
