The building stands in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of the island, and the condo is part of our Simpson Bay vacation rentals for up to four guests. Its windows look towards Simpson Bay lagoon.
The sleeping space is split between two separate bedrooms. One has a king-size bed and the other a queen-size bed, and each has its own storage and curtains that darken the room.
The living room is furnished with a sofa and a table where you can eat in, and a flat-screen TV faces the seating. There is no balcony in C317. Daylight enters through the living room windows, which face the lagoon.
For cooking, the kitchen has an oven and a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a hob topped by an extractor hood. A blender, a toaster and a kettle sit next to the espresso machine. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied, along with wine and champagne glasses.
The condo is air-conditioned and connected to high-speed Wi-Fi. A washer-dryer, an iron with its ironing board and a hair dryer are in place. Beach towels and bath towels are supplied together with the bed linen, and the bathroom comes stocked with the usual essentials.
If you come with a baby, ask us for the cot and the high chair. You enter with an electronic lock, and the unit is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The swimming pool sits on the roof of The Hills Residence, with a broad outlook over the lagoon and sun loungers set around it. It opens daily between 8 am and 8 pm. Residents and guests also share a jacuzzi and a lobby.
An elevator serves the building and private parking is available. Outdoor cameras cover the grounds around the buildings.
Our concierge team handles practical requests during your holiday. They can arrange a rental car, reserve a table at a restaurant or book an excursion around Sint Maarten.
The marinas of Simpson Bay are a short drive from the residence, and its restaurants and shops are just as near. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are close by, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.
Because The Hills Residence is built on a hillside, we recommend having a car for daily trips. With one, you can also head to Philipsburg or Marigot, or spend a day on the beaches of the French side.
Arrival is from 4 pm and departure is by 11 am. The condo takes a maximum of four guests, which works for a family or a small group of friends. Our team is based on site to greet you and to help with any questions while you stay.
On longer bookings you can request intermediate housekeeping, and extra towels are provided on request. Between the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, you can settle in much as you would at home.
