The living area gets plenty of natural light and has a dining table, with a TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and an espresso machine, so cooking at home is easy. The bedroom has a closet and hangers, and the bathroom comes with a hair dryer and the basic essentials.

Linen and beach towels are provided, and an iron with an ironing board is on hand. For families, a baby bed and a high chair can be used during the stay.

Guests share a pool on the rooftop on the same level. The building has a lobby and secure parking, and outdoor surveillance cameras cover the exterior. The condo door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted.

Simpson Bay is a lively part of the island, and white-sand beaches are a few minutes away. Restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques are close by. Marina activities, casinos and evening venues can also be reached quickly.
