This is one of the largest one-bedroom layouts at The Hills Residence, and it takes up to three guests. The bedroom has a closet plus extra storage under the bed, which helps on longer stays. A queen size pull-out couch in the living area gives a third person a proper place to sleep.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a hob and hood, a microwave, a dishwasher and an espresso machine. The open living room gets plenty of daylight and has a TV and a dining table. Outside, the terrace has loungers and a high-top bar, and you can eat there while looking over the Simpson Bay lagoon.

Guests share a communal pool and a rooftop. The residence also has a lobby, a garden and secure parking. Outdoor surveillance cameras cover the property, and the condo opens with an electronic lock.

Getting around Simpson Bay by car

Restaurants and shops are close by, and the beaches and evening spots of Simpson Bay are a few minutes away by road. The building sits higher up on the hill, which is where the view comes from, so we strongly suggest renting a car for your stay.

Families will find a baby bed and a high chair already in the condo, along with beach towels, linen and a hair dryer. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
