Condo B206 is in Building 2 of The Hills Residence, on the Dutch side in Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten. In Building 2, this is one of the largest condos with a single bedroom.

The terrace is the largest in Building 2. It has lounge chairs and a high-top bar, and there is room to eat outside while you look over the lagoon and the hills around it.

In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, an oven, a hob with a hood, a microwave and a dishwasher. An espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender are also provided, along with wine and champagne glasses. A washer-dryer combo, an iron and a hair dryer complete the equipment.

Guests share a rooftop with a pool, surrounded by landscaped common areas that look out over Simpson Bay. The building has a lobby and a garden. Parking is on site and secured.

The condo opens with an electronic lock, and outdoor surveillance cameras cover the property. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed inside.

Simpson Bay around the building

From B206 it takes only a few minutes to reach white-sand beaches and the lagoon, where you can swim, sail or try paddle-boarding. Restaurants and beach clubs are close by, as are boutique shops.

The area has an active nightlife, and the main attractions of the island are easy to get to.

Booking a stay in B206

The condo sleeps up to three people, using the bedroom and the pull-out couch. A baby bed is available for families travelling with a young child, together with a high chair, and beach towels are supplied.

Linen, hangers, cleaning products and bathroom essentials are part of the rental. The layout works well for a couple, a small family or someone travelling alone.
