One-bedroom condo A115 in Building 1, Simpson Bay

This 55 m² one-bedroom condo is located in Building 1 of The Hills Residence, on the first floor, in Simpson Bay on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. Its windows face Simpson Bay lagoon.

The bedroom is set apart from the living space, and blind curtains keep it dark in the early morning. The main room has a sofa set opposite the flat-screen TV, while meals are taken at a dining table. A115 has no balcony, so daylight comes in through the living room windows, which look towards the lagoon.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave, alongside the oven and a hob with an extractor hood. A blender, a toaster, a kettle and an espresso machine are also provided, together with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses for wine or champagne.

A washer-dryer is installed in the condo, along with an iron, an ironing board and a kit of cleaning products. Bed linen is supplied, as are bath towels and beach towels. On request, families can have a high chair and a baby cot.

Rooftop pool, parking at The Hills Residence

The swimming pool is on the roof of the residence and overlooks Simpson Bay lagoon and the surrounding hills. Sun loungers are set around it, and it opens daily between 8 am and 8 pm.

A lobby and elevators serve the building, private parking is available and outdoor surveillance cameras cover the property. The door of A115 opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted inside the condo.

Simpson Bay around the residence

Simpson Bay is a lively district on the Dutch side, with restaurants, bars, shops and marinas close to The Hills Residence. By car, you reach Simpson Bay beach or Maho beach in a few minutes, and Princess Juliana International Airport is just as close.

Renting a car makes it simpler to see the rest of the island. You can drive to Philipsburg and its boardwalk, and the same car takes you to Marigot and the French-side beaches.

Booking a stay in A115

Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. The condo sleeps a maximum of two guests, which suits couples. Our team meets you when you arrive and stays reachable for the whole stay.

Before you travel, we send directions to The Hills Residence along with the details for entering the condo. The concierge service can set up a rental car, reserve a restaurant table or organise excursions and activities, and you can reach the team ahead of time or once you are on the island.

Guests staying longer can book an intermediate housekeeping visit, and extra towels are available when asked for. Having a full kitchen and a washer-dryer in the condo makes long stays straightforward.
