The two bedrooms sit apart from each other. Both have storage and darkening curtains, so two couples or parents with older children can each keep their own space.

In the living area, a sofa and a flat-screen TV share the room with a dining table. A door opens straight onto the terrace, which has outdoor furniture for eating outside. Because the condo is on the ground floor, there are no stairs to climb.

The kitchen has what you need to cook during the stay. It comes with an oven, a hob under an extractor hood, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher, along with plates, cutlery, utensils, and both wine and champagne glasses. An espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle and a blender are also on hand.

Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are installed, and a washer-dryer combo, an iron with its board and a hair dryer are available. Sheets and towels, including beach towels, are provided along with bathroom essentials. Families travelling with an infant can ask for a high chair and a cot for the baby. Entry is by electronic lock, and the condo has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Rooftop pool and shared spaces of The Hills Residence

Guests of A107 can go up to the rooftop of the residence, where the swimming pool overlooks the lagoon. Sun loungers are set around it, and it opens daily from 8 am to 8 pm.

Each building has an elevator, parking is private, and outdoor cameras watch over the common areas. The concierge team can arrange car rental, book restaurants or plan excursions and boat trips, and it is worth contacting them before you arrive.

Simpson Bay around the residence

Simpson Bay is a busy part of the Dutch side, with restaurants, bars, shops and marinas close by. A short drive takes you to Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport.

To see more of the island, renting a car makes sense. With one, you can head to Philipsburg and its boardwalk, or cross to Marigot and the beaches on the French side.

Booking a stay in A107

Arrival is possible from 4 pm, and the condo must be vacated by 11 am on departure day. The maximum is four guests, which works for a family or a small group of friends. Staff of The Hills Residence are on site during your stay.
