A102, a garden-level 1-bedroom condo in Building 1 at The Hills Residence

The condo measures 57 sqm and sits on the ground floor of Building 1 at The Hills Residence, in Simpson Bay on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. Its outlook is over the Simpson Bay lagoon.

The bedroom is closed off from the living area and has its own TV, a closet with hangers and blackout curtains. It is furnished with a king-size bed. The living room has a dining table and a flat-screen TV, and its sofa opens into a bed for a third person.

The garden terrace is reached directly from the living room and has outdoor furniture for meals outside. Guests use it for breakfast or for a quiet hour in the shade once the sun goes down.

Cooking is easy here. The kitchen has a hob with an extractor hood, an oven and a microwave, along with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. An espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender cover breakfast, and the cupboards hold crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses for wine and champagne.

The condo is air-conditioned, and it also comes with a washer-dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi. An iron with its board, a hair dryer, bed linen, bath and beach towels and bathroom essentials are supplied. A high chair and a cot for a baby are available on request. The front door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

Rooftop pool, parking at The Hills Residence

The swimming pool is on the roof of the residence and looks across the lagoon. It opens daily from 8 am to 8 pm, and sun loungers are set around the water.

An elevator serves the building, residents have private parking, and outdoor cameras watch the grounds. The concierge can arrange a rental car, book a table at a restaurant or plan excursions across Sint Maarten.

Simpson Bay around the residence

A short drive takes you to the restaurants and shops of Simpson Bay, as well as its marinas. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are close by, and so is Princess Juliana International Airport.

With a car you can tour the island on your own schedule. Philipsburg has its boardwalk, while Marigot and the beaches of the French side are also within reach for a day trip.

Booking a stay in A102

Check-in starts at 4 pm, and the condo should be vacated by 11 am on departure day. It sleeps up to three guests, which works for a couple, a group of friends or a small family. Our team is present at the residence to greet you and help during the stay.

Guests staying longer can book a mid-stay housekeeping visit, and extra towels are available when asked. The full kitchen and the washer-dryer mean you can keep your usual routine for several weeks. A long weekend works just as well.
