Free parking with easy and simple access to the elevator, which can take you directly to each floor of the building in a matter of seconds.

On the rooftop of each The Hills Residence buildings, you will have access to a common area with everything you need to relax. Therefore, a common swimming pool, a jacuzzi and solariums. If you want to rest and enjoy the sun around the pool, besides lounge chairs are available.

The vacation rentals in building 1 are also fully equipped to provide your needs and desires during your stay. Fully furnished kitchens ready to be used. In addition, you also have equipped bathroom(s) with bathroom essentials added daily (by request) by the cleaning staff. And a washer & dryers, and air conditioning.

Some vacation rental apartments have private balconies or terraces. However, the vacations rentals on the ground floor of the building have a garden.

The Hils Residence is built on a hill, thereby it allows each apartment to have a view overlooking the Simpson Bay lagoon.
